What It's Like to Work With Me
Sessions are 60 minutes, online via Zoom or similar.
You bring what's on your mind; I bring deep listening, honest reflection, and structure.
Together we sort through the noise, identify what really matters, and shape concrete actions you can take between sessions.
You leave each session with clarity, a small plan, and one thing to practice – not 27 things to juggle.
I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to help you see yourself clearly, choose intentionally, and move forward in a way that feels doable and true to you.

A month of support to help you build real momentum instead of just having a nice conversation and slipping back into old patterns.
Includes:
3 x 60-minute coaching sessions over four weeks
A focus on habits, routines, and decisions that will actually move the needle
Light check-ins between sessions (short emails/messages) to keep you accountable
You'll leave with:
More structure in your week
Clear, realistic habits to support your energy and wellbeing

FAQs
How do I know which option is right for me?
If you're testing the waters or only have one big issue on your mind, start with the Reset Session. If you know you need more than one conversation and want support while you implement changes, choose the Momentum Month.
Do I have to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. Many clients arrive saying, "I just know something needs to change." We'll unpack it together.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If it sounds like therapy would serve you better, I'll always say so and encourage you to seek appropriate support.
Can men work with you too?
Yes. While much of my past work has been with women, this offer is open to any adult who resonates with my approach.
Where do sessions happen?
Sessions are held online, so you can join from wherever you are, as long as you have a quiet space and a stable connection.
